Onward 'Bouquet Rouge, Sunset Blend' 2022   

This is a blend of carbonic Zinfandel from Hill Vineyard and Carignane from Hawkeye Ranch, both in Mendocino, with a winemakers splash of Malvasia Bianca, from Capp Inn Ranch Vineyard site. Having both depth and layers from the blend of carbonic Zinfandel and heritage vine Carignane and a unique twist of freshness and vibrancy from the added Malvasia Bianca…drum roll please, our Bouquet Rouge, Sunset blend was born.
