Casa De Vinas is a blend of the varieties that we believe define this incredible vineyard and region, and harken back the wines from our early years. At 70% Petite Sirah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a departure from some of the wines we have produced in the past but we believe capture the best of the site. The perfect counterpart to our BDX/Cab heavy portfolio. The 2021 Casa De Vinas is a fruit driven crowd pleaser, truly the best of what Livermore Valley and Casa is capable of. This blend is expected to offer a rich profile with notes of dark berries, plum, chocolate, and subtle oak spice, balanced by fine tannins and a smooth finish.
