All shipments will be held at Rootstock Wine Bar for 3 months following the release date for members to pick up. After 3 months, abandoned wines will be returned to inventory and replaced for wines of equal or lesser value. Refunds will not be issued in any event aside from damaged product. Members with invalid credit cards that have declined for 3 consecutive shipments will be deactivated. Any changes made to an account after the 1st week of the month, will not take place until the following month. Membership requires a minimum of 3 shipments. We reserve the right to ship the minimum of three shipments and charge the card on file if membership is terminated prior to the 3 shipment term. Any requests to change or cancel memberships must made by emailing wineclub@rootstockwinebar.com. Wine club pricing will only be valid for 4 bottles for groups of 8 or more individuals. Attempting to pick up 3 or more shipments at one time will require an appointment which can be made through the wine club page of our website.
