Enkidu Cabernet Sauvignon 2022   

The elegant 2022 Sonoma County Cabernet is Enkidu's first to include Petit Verdot from Dry Creek Valley. Its feminine character works to refine the more broad shouldered mountain fruit from the Mayacamas range. Subtle aromas of cassis, blackberries and plum with hints of new French oak vanilla and herbs. The flavors mimic the aromas and flow seamlessly from entrance to finish in a framework of dusty tannins that extend into a very long finish.
